We prepare and carry out the inventory and calculate storage space for files and archives. We inventory manually or with MDE-equipment and barcode. The required labels are provided by us.
Based on the inventory sheets or via MDE-equipment we prepare an inventory data base or use existing FM-systems for editing the data. Supported by the data base the usage of the equipment can be determined, the furnishing can be planned and a guide-system be made. We can than calculate the transport volume, the amount of waste disposal and the number of new office furniture required.
